We are Karmen and Michael and on this page, we want to introduce ourselves and our work to you in order to find out, how we can possibly help each other.

Karmen is first of all a big playful child who followed her heart's path through various theatre workshops, writing poetry, painting, crocheting and her big love cooking. Inspired through her deep relation with nature, she expresses her feelings in music, dancing and singing, and collects the flowers and herbs for her home made teas, oils and tinctures.

Her greatest openness and awareness was awakened through motherhood and her little but great teachers. Besides of working as a phytotherapist and a masseuse, she also gives shamanic workshops including breath-work, exploring voice and physical movement. Her mission on earth is to live unconditional love.

Michael is a qi gong, yoga and meditation teacher. He also is creating new ceremonies and workshops, like for example the “tranceformational dance of the 8 directions”, where shamanic rites, breath and physical movement are united into a moving meditation.

He likes to see himself as a wise guide who can be considered for advice in any crises in life in order to transform them in spiritual growth or to help you to implant an individual spiritual path into your life that could transform your life to become more healthy, happier and filled with more love and understanding. To achieve this goal his main tools is “spontaneous movements”, a unique method of moving meditation, which leads through the direct experience of the life-energy (also called “Prana” or “Chi”) to the removal of energetic blockades and an healthy and harmonious energy stream, the base for an healthy and harmonious life.

Together we are hosting different events in different locations in Europe, giving classes and coachings online or personal, selling our home made products like teas, oils, creams and art objects and mainly and first of all...we want to share our love with everyone who likes it!
